OBITUARY
Edgar Bert Millard was born in Madison County New York, July 11, 1847. With his parents, when a small boy, he moved to the state of Wisconsin, later moving to Sycamore, Ill.
At the age of twenty-one years he was married to Harriet F. Graham of Mayfield, Ill. Mr. Millard made his home in Genoa, Ill., until after the death of his wife in 1906.
To this union were born eleven children, three dying in infancy. Mrs. Chas. E. Barret died at the birth of her daughter Ruth, who is now Mrs. Clayton Foster of Ainsworth, Nebr.
The seven living are: Miss Mary of Aurora, Ill.; W. H. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Bernice A. of Long Pine, Nebr., Mrs. Maude West of Omaha, and Ferris R. of Duff, Nebr.
He is also survived by four brothers. T. E. of Mountainview, Mo., G. P. of Galveston, Tex., L. L. and Ralph both of Springview.
Mr. Millard was married again on May 15th, 1912 to Sarah J. Harper, with whom he was living at the time of his death, March 2, 1922.
Funeral services were held at the home Sunday March 5th and burial made in Grandview cemetery at this place.
