RUHL, Justin C.

Justin C. Ruhl, 30, of Grand Island, died Sunday, April 16, 2006 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. Pastor Curt Holzworth will officiate. Burial will be at the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Ruhl was born on September 19, 1975 in Grand Island to Charles and Linda (Hall) Ruhl. Survivors of the immediate family include his mother and step-father, Linda & Jerry Nuss of Grand Island; his father, Charles Ruhl of Fairbury; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Lance & Shelby Ruhl of Grand Island, Troy & Trisha Ruhl of Grand Island, and Tyler Nuss of Grand Island; and his paternal grandparents, Loyal & Clara Ruhl of Grand Island. Additional survivors include three nephews; two nieces; and a host of friends. Justin was raised in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High in 1996. He lived at Bethphage and Mosaic in Grand Island. Justin loved drinking Pepsi, and Nebraska football. He also loved attending the dances at the Eagles Club on Wednesday nights. He enjoyed country music, and watching videos of the Muppets and the Dukes of Hazzard. Justin was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elwin & Evelyn Hall, and his paternal grandmother, Clarice Luby.
