Wife of the late Ervin L. Hutchison, loving mother of Leah Rae Jaccard of Bend, OR; Janice A. McThorn of Fremont, CA; James R. Hutchison of Manteca, CA; and Dennis L. Hutchison of Castro Valley, CA.  Devoted grandmother of Douglas Story, Suzanne Kirzy, Lisa McThorn and Jamie and James Richard Hutchison.  Dear great grandmother of Daniel and Jessica Kirzy, Haley and Emily Hutchison and great-great grandmother of Haley, Maya and Ally Kirzy.  Dear sister of two brothers, Alvin and Pearl Rood of Nebraska.  She retired from Freiden’s where she was a machinist.  She loved gardening and dancing.

Doris was a native of Creighton.

Services were held at Sorensen Bros. Mortuary, Hayward, CA on Monday, February 5, 2001 at 1 p.m. Interment was Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward
