TAGGE, James W.

James W. Tagge, 78, of Grand Island died Sunday, December 4, 2005, at the Grand Island Veterans Home. Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the chapel of the Grand Island Veterans Home. The Rev. Jerry Quandt will officiate. Burial will be in the Burkett Cemetery on the grounds of the Veterans Home. Visitation will be from noon Wednesday until service time at the chapel of the Veterans Home. Mr. Tagge was born May 28, 1927, at Grand Island to Rudolph C. and Helen G. (Cain) Tagge. Survivors of the immediate family include two brothers and four sisters-in-law, Gerald and Jean Tagge of Grand Island, Robert and Peg Tagge of Denver, CO, Donna Tagge of Grand Island and Gloria Tagge of Central City. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Donald Tagge.
