STOBBE, Kemper D.


Kemper D. Stobbe, 37, of Dallas, TX died June 1, 2005, in Dallas. Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 22, 2005, at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. The Rev. Phil Flott will officiate. Burial of the cremains will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Kemper was born December 18, 1967, at Kearney, NE to Ted and Cindy (Capellan) Stobbe. Survivors of the immediate family include his parents; one brother and his fiancé, Kevin Stobbe and Nikki Benzel; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Danielle and Chris Daake and Tonya and Jeff Schwieger all of Grand Island. Additional survivors include nieces and nephews, Shayla Steinwart, Austin Steinwart, Jaden Daake, Jaron Daake, Anastacia, Victor Stobbe and Samantha Stobbe. Kemper moved with his family to Grand Island. He attended Westlawn Elementary, Walnut Middle School and Grand Island Senior High School. In his youth, he enjoyed playing Little League and Legion baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, cooking and listening to music. He also enjoyed traveling, but especially coming home to spend time with his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Eldon Stobbe, Dick Capellan and Sherman Stickney; two uncles, Gary Stobbe and Robert Johnson; and a cousin, Shea Krolikowski.
