Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, March 5, 1983 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery. OBITUARY: Earl Anderson Earl Amandus Anderson, the son of John and Elfrieda (Larson) Anderson, was born at Edgar, Nebraska, on October 21, 1903, and departed this life at Aurora, Nebraska, on March 2, 1983, at the age of 79 years, 4 months and 11 days. He grew up in Edgar, Nebraska where he attended grade school, and in 1916, he moved to Aurora, with his parents, where he attended high school. In 1925 he moved to Detroit, Michigan where he was employed by General Motors for many years. During the war he worked on airplanes for General Motors, and after the war he worked for the Fischer Body Division. On August 10, 1935, he was united in marriage to Phyllis K. Hall at Detroit, Michigan. In 1972 he retired and they moved to Aurora where they have since resided. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Ruth Danielson and one brother Oscar Anderson. Those who survive to cherish his memory are his wife Phyllis; one sister, Mrs. Edythe Snyder of Aurora; a sister-in-law Mrs. Alice Anderson of Aurora and nieces, nephews and other relatives and close friends.
