Dorothy J. Schleicher, 80, of Grand Island died Sunday, March 6, 2005, at St. Francis Medical Center. A gathering of family and friends will take place at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Livingston-Sondermann Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Schleicher’s body was cremated. Dorothy was born March 31, 1924, at Wahoo, NE to Roy and Lulu (Stapleford) Miller. Survivors of the immediate family include her daughter-in-law, Nancy Shea of Grand Island; and one sister, Ruby Slosser of Wahoo.
