Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 6, 1983 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kronborg. Interment was held in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. OBITUARY: Tena Andersen Tena Andersen, the daughter of John and Elsie Marie (Olson) Benson was born at Ruskin, Nebraska, on July 24, 1894, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on July 3, 1983 at the age of 88 years, 11 months and 9 days. Tena was united in marriage to Elmer F. Andersen on May 6, 1918 at Kronborg, Nebraska. She spent her entire lifetime in the Kronborg and Aurora areas. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, two brothers, Jerry and Wesley Benson, sister, Mae Andersen and one infant granddaughter. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughter, Donna Hurlbut of Lincoln; brother Jesse Benson of Wymore, Nebraska; one grandson and one great-grandson.
