Graveside Services were held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, May 31, 1994 at the Aurora Cemetery. OBITUARY: Clara Andersen Clara Ashley Andersen, the daughter of Ernest and Bertha (Haste) Ashley, was born at Dyer, Tennessee, on June 22, 1908, and died at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on May 26, 1994, at the age of 85 years, 11 months, and 4 days. At age 2 she moved with her parents to Mangum, Oklahoma, and later lived in Central City, Nebraska, where she received her high school education. On September 5, 1931, she was united in marriage to Rudolf M. Andersen at Clay Center, Nebraska. He preceded her in death on December 16, 1988. During the war years they lived in Kimball, Nebraska, an in 1947, they moved to a farm south of Hordville, Nebraska. In 1975, they retired and moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she has since resided. Clara attended the Baptist and Lutheran Churches. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Ruth Kelso. She is survived by a brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
