Collins, Omaha; Brothers, Mike and wife Judy, Omaha; Dennis, Omaha; 
nieces, Laura Meisinger, Jennifer and Christina Collins. 
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Friday, January 13th 11am at Bellevue Memorial 
Chapel, Bellevue. Family will receive friends, Thursday, January 12, 6-8pm 
at Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, to be directed to
