GROSSE, Ruth A.

Ruth A. Grosse, 61, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 4325 Sumner Street in Lincoln, with Rev. Dr. Luke Schnake officiating. Burial will be in Wyuka Cemetery following a luncheon. Visitation will be held from noon until 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street and one hour prior to service time at the church. Ruth A. Grosse was born July 22, 1951 in Wayne, to Harvey F. and Dorothea R. (Temme) Grosse. She graduated from Wayne High School. She was employed as an IT Business Systems Analyst at Nebraska Health and Human Services. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Lincoln. Survivors include her brother Duane (Jennifer) Grosse, Lincoln; nephews Grant and Gabriel Grosse, Lincoln; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; faithful canine companion, Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be made to Stelzer Scholarship Fund or Grand Teton National Park Foundation. Roper and Sons Funeral Services are in charge of arrangements.
