Raymond A. Luhr, 94, of Tumwater, WA, formerly of Allen, died Monay, March 17, 2014, at Olympics West Assisted Living in Tumwater. There will be no services. Arrangements were under the direction of Mills and Mills Funeral Home in Tumwater.
