LINDSAY — Services for Mark Finkral, 58, of Lindsay will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lindsay. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m., with a 7 p.m. rosary, and continue Wednesday from 9 a.m. until service time. Newman Grove Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2013, at Countryside Home in Madison. He was born Aug. 25, 1954, to Tom and Viola (Frisch) Finkral at Norfolk. He attended school at Lindsay and graduated with the class of 1972. On Aug. 4, 1980, he was united in marriage to Linda Moravec at Holy Family Church in Lindsay. The couple lived in the Lindsay area for many years. Mark worked as a meat cutter for several years, worked construction and at Lindsay Manufacturing as a forklift driver, where he was currently employed. He was a lifelong member of the Holy Family Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mark enjoyed farming, hunting, playing cards, riding his motorcycle and 4-wheeler. He also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Mark had a wonderful sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his wife, Linda, Lindsay; son Brandon Finkral, Columbus; daughters April Benson and husband Derek, Newman Grove, Abbie Nelson and husband Kevin, Lindsay, and son Matt Finkral, Lindsay; one stepson, Jeff Finkral, Columbus; and one stepdaughter, Shelli Johnson and husband Mike, Humphrey; two grandchildren and six step-grandchildren; mother Viola Finkral; brothers Cliff and Mary Lou Finkral, Marvin and Evelyn Finkral, Tom Finkral and Neil Finkral; sisters Donna and Ron Frauendorfer, Nancy and John Lubischer and Diane Beihle; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
