OBITUARY ALLIANCE TIMES-HEROLD, Alliance, NE RALPH M. WEIDENHAMER Ralph M. Weidenhamer, 91, of 423 Platte Avenue, died Friday at Box Butte General Hospital. He was born Oct. 13, 1891 at Galesburg IL and was a retired conductor for the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and American Legion Post No. 7. He was a veteran of World War I. Mr. Weidenhamer came to Alliance from Burlington IA. in 1910. He married Florence (Atz) Robbin Aug. 26, 1946 at Chadron. She survives at the home. Also surviving are three sons, Louis (Ted) of Alliance, William of Alexandria, VA, and John of Omaha, and two stepdaughters, Evelyn Ball of Sidney, and Janice Shaulis of Somerset, PA, and eight grandchildren. Services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Bates-Landa Chapel, with the Revs. Joe Lloyd and Harold Gentzler officiating. Burial was in the Alliance Cemetery.
