Mariah J. Henry
|TILDEN — Services for Mariah J. Henry, 18, of Mount Vernon, Wash., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Faith United Methodist Church in Tilden. The Rev. Jon Haizlip will officiate with burial in Tilden City Cemetery.|
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home in Tilden.
She died Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington.
Mariah J. “Hummingbird” Henry, daughter of Dale Henry and Jolette (Fernau) Henry, was born Feb. 8, 1998, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk. Mariah attended Elkhorn Valley and State Street School in Washington.
Mariah was born in Nebraska and resided in Washington state, where she was a student. She enjoyed wrestling, gymnastics, horseback riding, basketball and listening to music.
Mariah is survived by her loving dog, Muttley; siblings David Henry of Mount Vernon, Wash., Riley Karabel of Omaha, Paige Karabel of Fremont, Morgan Karabel of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Jeremiah Henry of Omaha; her grandmothers, Joyce Klinetobe of Fremont and Jean Yearty of Florida; and her father, Dale Henry of Clear Lake, Wash.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jolette Henry.
