| Diane E. Johnson-Pojar, 53, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, November 20, 2014, at her home. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Morningside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. She was born June 23, 1961 in Sioux city, to Stanley and Anne (Kneifl) Johnson. Diane married Greg Pojar on November 25, 1989, and they raised two children. She enjoyed volunteering at the Bargain Center and tending to her houseplants. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Diane worked at ABC Bookkeeping and various clothing boutiques. She is survived by her husband, Greg; daughter, Sadie Pojar and Sam Clemo; son, Jacob and Lindsey Pojar; grandchildren, Emily, Michael, Jacob, Christion and Benjamin; sisters, Barbara Connor and Judy Baldwin; and brothers, Eric, Ivan and Kenny Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents. |
