| James D. Jackson, 54, of Lincoln died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006, in Lincoln. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Metcalf Funeral Home Chapel in Lincoln. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m., with family present 6-8 p.m., and resume at 8 a.m. Friday. Memorials may be given to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Lincoln. He was a computer programmer for Ameritas Life for 29 years. He was born Oct. 4, 1951, in Winside to Charles and Veryl (Schellpeper) Jackson. Family include his wife, Julie; parents, Charles and Veryl Jackson of Winside; brothers, Robert Jackson of Omaha, Scott Jackson of Winside, and sister, Barbara Jackson of Norfolk, aunts, uncles, cousins, niece Angela Jackson and nephews Matthew and Nathan Jackson. |
