| Charles Thomas "Chuck" Rush, M.D., 64, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2014, at the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Omaha, NE. Visitation was held Thursday, February 27 starting at 6:15 p.m. at the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church with a Wake Service a 7 p.m. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha. The John A. Gentlemen Mortuaries, Pacific Street Chapel, Omaha, was in charge of arrangement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rose and Charles Rush; mother-in-law, Betty Marchese. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Rush; children, Dr. Katie (Matt) Mendlick, Debbie (Jeff) Jones, Kellie (Jake) Costello, Dr. Tim Rush, Terry (Melissa) Rush, Tom (Alison) Rush; grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan and Mia Mendlick, Aiden, Erin and Taylor Jones, Emily and Colin Costello, Carter Rush; father-in-law, Sam (Lynn) Marchese; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dr. Barbara Marchese, Debbie (Kyle) Conry, Susan (Bob Billmeyer, Tim Marchese; nieces, nephew and cousins. Memorials may be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, American Brain Tumor Association or your favorite charity. |
