| David C. Venne, age 79, of Lincoln, died Sunday, August 4, 2013. Born July 19, 1934 in Wauwatosa, Wis. to Floyd and Mary (Framberger) Venne. Retired USAF. Survived by wife, Gail; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Jean Venne and their daughter, April, of Lincoln. Preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thursday, August 8, at Christ Lutheran Church, 4325 Sumner Street, Lincoln with Dr. Luke Schnake officiating. Interment, Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation: 1 - 8 pm Wednesday, August 7, at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 South 14th Street, Lincoln; one hour before services at the church. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, to American Lung Assn. or Christ Schools. |
